I called at 7 AM after hearing great things about the buffet and wanted to know when it was available and what dishes were served. I spoke with Nicole, and she provided exceptional customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I didn't expect such a positive experience so early in the morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and services, making it a genuine pleasure to talk with her. Honestly, she brightened my day and my coworker's day, who was listening nearby. We need more people like Nicole in customer service roles. Thank you so much, Nicole—you truly made my day!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I went there for breakfast with three others, and for $50, we could have had a much better meal at a gas station. I've experienced hotel breakfasts with much more variety and fresher food. Everything was either hard as a rock or cold. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business.
This restaurant is attached to the Best Western, so if you are staying there, it's very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The food was pretty good. Try out the attached lounge. They might have some free, little snacks and drink specials if you make it for happy hour. Hopefully, Pam is your bartender. She's great!!
It's a hit and miss location. Stayed at the BestWestern a few times and 3 night this time. The food is OK. Nothing bad but not always consistent with food, service and... but the employees are all busy working. The issue is the quality of food is not on point.

I ordered the Bison Burger, and it was very tasty. I noticed that the online menu featured steaks, but they weren’t included in the menu we received at the restaurant. This left me a bit confused, but overall, I enjoyed my meal.
