I placed a large takeout order today and when I arrived to pick it up, they said it wasn’t ready. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I found out it had actually been ready the whole time; they just hadn’t noticed it. When I got home, everything was cold. I called the manager, and he more or less said, “What do you want me to do? We’re busy today.” This isn’t a great way to treat customers. I won't be coming back. I’ve had my order messed up multiple times now. I repeated it three times over the phone. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this has become a regular occurrence. Driver dropped my food off and didn't call it set at a desk for 30 minutes and got cold. And I left the moron on a $5 tip is it asking too much to make a phone call.
