The cabbage salad is very good and consistent. Unfortunately, sushi rice is too cooked (patose). This error is redibitory for sushi. You must have firm grains. You put too much water or use a bad rice cooker (copper too fast). 2nd disappointment, soy sauce too liquid. It is a shame because the art of the wheel is perfectly mastered. the Californians are visually very beautiful. I need you to come back and talk to me about this.
very disappointed with the whole service. having ordered at 7pm (for 1 person) my order has not already arrived before 9:20pm because the commands on the platform are not priority. sushi are relatively good but they arrived warm (not to say hot). they were stuck to a pokebowl whose rice was still very hot (not the top for a fresh dish) I do not recommend at all.
amateur Japanese dishes, I don't know better restaurant to take away in the area! loyal customer for several years already, the quality of products as service is great. always the word to make a smile, it's with pleasure that I'm gonna get my orders back. I recommend 200%!!
you should not come without a phone order under pain of waiting 30 minutes before being served! priority commands are remotely controlled. It's a good way, and not too bad for the price.
