This is my favorite salad spot! There are countless options for what you can include in your salad, allowing for a lot of creativity in your choices. I highly recommend opting for a light dressing and asking for a to-go container to add more if needed; otherwise, you might end up with too much dressing pooling at the bottom of the bowl. It's the perfect lunch option during the work week. While there isn't a lot of indoor seating, the turnover is quick, so you should easily find a place to sit by the time your food is ready.
Without a doubt, this is the best salad spot I've ever visited. They offer a wide variety of fresh ingredients. My go-to order is the El Jefe salad with salmon, and I highly recommend the honey chipotle vinaigrette—it's simply mouthwatering. The portions are generous, so I usually divide my salad in half when I get home. Make sure to ask them to mix everything well for a nice chop, so you can enjoy all the flavors in every bite. Also, don't miss out on the delicious pita bread; I always request extra pieces on the side!
I ordered my food online, a build your own salad. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was wrong! They made a wrap instead of a build your own salad. They made the salad with the ingredients I ordered, but missed a couple and added after I informed them. The avocado was hard as a rock and I paid 2.50 extra. I had given up on this place after I observed them playing with my salad while they made it, but gave them another chance as I work in the area. Overall I am disappointed with this location and do not recommend!

Build your own Salad was pretty good followed all ingredients great tasting salad and good seared ahi tuna. my auant enjoyed The Hipster salad I ordered for her too we both thought our salads were good quality.
