I usually order from this place often. I’ve been a customer since 2007 and never once complained but recently the place had gotten new employees and it’s become bad. Ordered from there today and gave them my address multiple time and even spell it out for them and they still got it completely wrong. Before the orders would take 20/35 minutes TOP but now it take more than an hour and the food arrives cold and soggy.
Taking off a star for the only reason that their mode of accepted payment in store is cash only. Besides that, their pizzas are delish and super light. Plus with the promo that they run, they have a free pizza when you purchase 2. The restaurant looks a bit run down and could use a little bit of renovation. But hey! It’s alright when they bake such delicious pies.
I visited this restaurant because the smell of the pizza was delightful, and I was eager to try something new. Unfortunately, the service was terrible; I had to wait 30 minutes for a small order. To make matters worse, they messed up my order, and the food was both overly salty and cold. I definitely won't be returning.
I ordered a pizza with half pineapple and half chicken, but it seemed like the pineapple was everywhere, and the chicken was buried under the cheese. This made it hard to distinguish which half was which. The presentation was messy and the overall execution was quite careless, which is a common issue with Desi products. Book a table now
This is the third time I have ordered pepperoni with sausage extra sauce; I have only received it once correctly. Twice the sausage extra sauce left out. Time to consider another parlor.
I visited this place after nearly ten years, and I'm happy to report that the quality of the pizza hasn't changed. The pizza is still delicious, and the service is excellent.
