I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant. The server and sushi chef were both very friendly, and there were some intriguing specials on the board. While the fish was fresh, it lacked flavor. My friend ordered a cooked entree, which he described as just passably good. To my disappointment, my hot tea was served in a paper cup, making the experience feel more like a fast food sushi place, yet at higher prices. If I'm craving sushi and find myself in the Waterbury area, I might consider returning. However, I can't say that this restaurant measures up to some of the better sushi I've had elsewhere.
Two of my friends and I visit Sing Go Sushi at least every other week. Although it's a bit of a drive for some of us, we really enjoy the food, and the service provided by Felicia is outstanding. She is very kind and adds a lovely touch to the atmosphere. I believe the combination of her excellent service and the diverse menu options are what keep us coming back.
The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious, and the service was remarkably fast! They also have excellent gluten-free options. My sister, who has Celiac Disease, forgot her gluten-free soy sauce, but the restaurant had some on hand! Additionally, they offered a selection of gluten-free special rolls, which is quite unusual. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
I've been a customer of Singo Sushi for several years, and I absolutely love their 911 roll, cole roll, and many other dishes! The Victoria Secret roll is definitely one of my favorites as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dish: Cole Roll.

I received outstanding service right from the moment I arrived. The food was exceptional, both in flavor and presentation. The atmosphere and music were wonderful. I will certainly be coming back. A truly five-star experience!
