Hacía cierto tiempo que no visitábamos SINGULAR, y una vez más, hemos salido encantados. La carta ha evolucionado, Incorporando productos novedosos, como el milhojas de foie con manzana o las kokotxas a la brasa, y manteniendo algunos platos tradicionales como los callos y morros. Además, como siempre el servicio es impecable. La visita ha sido un verdadero disfrute.
