Customer service is seriously lacking. Ordered off the menu and they kept asking me if I wanted things that they didn't have on the menu. They said order will be 15 minutes but when I went to pick it up they demanded I give them a number to prove that I placed the order but they didn't give me a number when I called them so I had no way of picking up the order because they demanded I have some imaginary number that they never told me when placing the order. Whatever happened to just taking a name place the order you tell them the name when you go to pick up the order you give them your name they give you the order. Will never order from here again.
