Lipstick on a pig. Every stereotype of bad Parisian service and tourist trap food rings true here. The place is nicely decorated but that’s really the only positive thing I can say. The food was nearly inedible… the worst mix of bad flavour, lack of freshness, warm dishes that arrived room temp, and not salted properly: The wine was even bad. We asked for our bill and only after we insisted 20 minutes later were we told that we had to pay using an app on the table. We wanted to pay in cash, requiring an even €30 in change. They were VISIBLY annoyed that we didn’t want to tediously enter our card details into their app and required assistance. They refused our cash saying they didn’t have any...
Beautiful upscale establishment with a very elegant ambiance. Just stopped by for a couple of drinks and to get out of the rain after visiting the Arc De Triomph . They have a second cozy bar downstairs that has a much more classic pub feel to it but unfortunately was not open during my visit. I had to drop a star on this review based purely on slow service. The staff definitely spend to much time talking amongst themselves. Even after sitting with empty glasses and asked for the bill they talked for a further five minutes with my bill in their hands .
Dropped in for couple of beverages and a snack. It’s a beautiful venue, as pubs go, around the block from our hotel. Service was typical French, aka doing you a favour! Lol. Fries had had a nice spice to them. A comfortable spot close to Arc de Triumph.
Lovely bar, restaurant in a great location. The building is decorated very elegantly and the staff were lovely and attentive. Great experience, would definately go there again.
