I really disappointed Sizzler today. We had lunch with 3 adults, together with my 2 years and my autistic 4-year-old children. Autist children are picky food, my son is not eating, and the lady who received us at the entrance wanted to recharge us for my son. She was truly disrespectful in the way she entrusts us that she gave no food to my autistic child because we don't pay for him, she said: If he stays, he can't eat your food. I asked if we had to pay to have our children at the table and she said no. Then I said, what's the problem? And she repeated that if children didn't pay, they couldn't eat. That's a ridiculous statement! Of course, we would not pay more food for less, what kind of...
My family came to 7/8 for my husband's birthday. I wanted to sizzler most of my life, and I can say I'll never go back. I'm pre-diabetic and can't eat much, so my husband is a Malibu chicken dinner with everything you can eat salad bar. We wanted to share the meal because I can't eat much. My son and his girlfriend ordered the steak and everything you can eat salad bar, and wanted to share the steak because his girlfriend was not very hungry. Instead of asking the waitress, she as, and told the manager that they were four people at the table and only two dinners... The manager told us we have to pay for two full, all you eat salad bars. That's all. All you can eat shrimp is limited only there small bread shrimps. Steak's okay, there's something that just didn't taste good and it was just my steak that tasted so. Salad bar options are actually good and probably the best they have. Service is not bad, but just okay. I wouldn't come back here unless it's a salad. I wouldn't even recommend coming here unless we really want salad. I really doubt food quality there after dinner.
I had lost all faith in Sizzler. However after coming to this location I have started eating here on a regular basis. The servers are friendly and helpful. The manager takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. The hostess was great at making suggestions on what to eat. The salad bar is rotated so fast that I don't know how they are not losing money on it. I now eat here weekly.
