I haven't been to a Sizzler in a few years so after a nearly 3 hour DMV trip I decided I needed a little treat. As I drove by I saw the sign that said dine in available so I gave it a shot. I was surprised, that at 5:30 p.m. the place was practically empty. More surprisingly was how clean and well lit the dining room was and how friendly and attentive the staff were. Not the kind of expectations from previous years with Sizzler. Everything looks so much more modern. The food came quickly and everything was perfect. The salad bar is closed but I'm not much of a salad guy anyways but I used to like getting the shredded cheese and bacon for my baked potato from the salad bar. No big deal. Overa...
This was the second sizzler I have visited this year!! Big difference!! Buena Park sizzler surprised me with a great steak and Malibu chicken combo!! Everything was great. Not the case here!! The same plate was actually $3.00 more than Buena Park restaurant. I asked and they said it was because they included an certified Angus cut!! Now I know what the difference!! This steak was a much lower quality and it has burn charcoal as if the cook hadn 't cleaned the grill grates. The baked potatoe was dry and definitely not fresh!! I can tell when a baked potato has been sitting under the heat lamp!! Not coming back.
The salad bar has seen a price increase from $7.95 to $12.xx, and now to $16.99. While the salad buffet has remained unchanged, it still offers a variety of options including a salad and Mexican food bar, potato wedges, meatballs with spaghetti, and chicken nuggets, which are definitely worth trying. For individuals, it might be better to order a main dish and then add a salad. Personally, I wouldn't just opt for the salad buffet, as I would prefer a different type of buffet for that price. The atmosphere, however, is still beautiful and relaxing.
I hadn't visited a Sizzler in a long time, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The restaurant was spotless from the entrance to the dining area. I saw the manager actively maintaining the salad bar and cleaning various sections multiple times. Our server was highly attentive. The steak we ordered was cooked to perfection, and the shrimp was equally delightful. The vegetables were crisp and not overcooked. The baked potato that my companion ordered was fresh and flavorful. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Have salad bar, price increase incrementally from 7,95 to 12,xx to 16,99. Salad buffet remain the same, salad and mexican food bar, potato wedge, meatball complemented with spaghetti, and chicken nuggets it it worth it, that would be to the Iindividual, may be it is best to order a plate and add Salad. I personally would not order salad buffet only, I would prefer togo to type of buffet for that price. Atmosphere still nice and relaxing.
The restaurant was busier than we expected but going off of The Taste and presentation of the food and makes perfect sense. Everything that we order was on point and was delicious. The topper was our server Jose, our drinks were half empty and Bam! He was there with a new one. My kids ate all the cheese bread, and Bam! There was another basket. Very friendly and address my kids as individuals: definitely works by stars
Stopped by for the first time in many years for a quick lunch with my Sweetie. The restaurant was nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Both just ordered the salad bar. Pretty good selection of items, all seemed pretty fresh. Will likely return ?
The food at Sizzler is delicious, and the decor is quite nice. However, the prices are on the higher side, and there are a few dishes that are not listed on the menu. Overall, it's an average experience!
