I visited this restaurant on October 27th to pick up some fish and chips for my group of five at Heathrow Airport. It was a quick, tasty treat and everyone agreed that it was the best they had ever had. They also had a decent veggie burger option for my vegetarian friend. A tip for the restaurant would be to start selling small bottles of vinegar. I didn't place an advance order, which I should have done, but my group is ordering from here again today. Thanks to Team Andy. The only downside was that parking seemed to be an issue at this location.
I work at LHR and we always head to this restaurant after work because it is consistently excellent. However, recently the fish and chips we ordered were disappointing - the fish was thin and lacked flavor, and the chips were scraggly. It seems like they may be using different potatoes and fish now, as they were a grey color. We will give it another chance, but everything seems to be getting more expensive and it's no longer a budget-friendly dinner option.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean. The fish is delicious with a crispy batter. Everything is cooked fresh, and the portions are generous.
Lovely clean shop with nice friendly staff. Great fish and chips, well priced with generous portion size. Plenty of choice on the menu. Well done!
