I have been coming to Sky Valley for over 30 years, owner, renter, RVer. It's still beautiful. I usually don’t write reviews....however I have to agree with Maria’s comments...especially I would like to address the hot pools being just warm and the big pools being very cold. To the owners comment.... The temperature issue was not just because of the holiday weekend....this issue has been going on since around the snow birds left the park for the season.. Great Resort place for Extended Stay. Not an overnight venue nor a campground. Half of the large location is for mobile homes. The Canadian and European snowbirds have vacation places here. They have two large swimming areas with two swimming pools each and five or six hot tubs. It's all mineral water from Desert Hot Springs.Nearby activities: There is swimming, hot tub and sauna. There is a nice walking trail that runs through the perimeter of the park. There are metal sculptures and paths everywhere. The small concession stand is seasonal and not open all the time.Safety: You need a code to get in the gate and there is 24-hour security patrolling just in this mobile park resort. There is a...

Don't stay here. We just needed an over-night as we were on our way to CA and on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, we had scheduled a stay here on our way back home as well. This RV park sits in an ugly moonscape of a location surrounded by properties decorated with rusty, junk cars and dilapidated shacks. The wind howls through the valley like a hurricane making even taking the dog for a walk very unpleasant. We saw lots of RVs parked but locked-up (snow-birds? , and saw only a couple of people. We won't stay here again.

Pool is really relaxing, make sure you use enough sunscreen if you will be out there for hoursNoteworthy details: Mineral pools are bomb?
