Went here for Valentine’s Day and this was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever received. The waitress came to our table 30 minutes after we were seated. We got the prefixe meal and the appetizer came out in different order. But the worst part was we waited 90 minutes before getting our entree. The waitress came to our table an hour after we put in our order to check on us and we asked where the food was. She said she would check then she didn’t return for 30 more minutes. I asked for the manager and he said he’ll get us more drinks but didn’t give me a chance to voice my frustration. I asked for him again and told him we’re not paying a dime for the horrible service. Pretty mediocre. We went here bc it was the only place with not much of a wait everywhere else we tried was an hour ! The girl at the host stand who seemed to be the leader of the two needs some serious training in customer service. She was so rude, vague, and man if facial expressions could kill. On the other hand, our server was really great. Super nice, polite, and took into account that I am vegan when he made suggestions or made sure I to not include an ingredient in my order to help me out. The food... some of my friends said their food was good or alright. Mine was really not good and not worth the money. Overall... meh
We enjoyed a stunning sunset view from the rooftop, with heaters keeping us warm. Unfortunately, the Poki dish was over-soaked in soy sauce and had to be replaced, which was not up to standard. However, our server, who was studying to become a dentist, provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience.
they did not let us know that they had booked a private event in the dach and we had to eat inside and really a very bare restaurant inside. Eating was just okay. first trip to laguna and not my best choice

I had a wonderful experience on Valentine's Day at this restaurant, rating it 10 out of 10. The highlight of the evening was the fantastic jazz cover band, which really set the perfect ambiance.
Great food ! But service was terrible! I have never been so discriminated in my life we waited 30 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for our food but everyone else around us got served so quickly
Excellent food! Had the Skyloft salad, champagne vinaigrette dressing was amazing. Service was great. Roof top was relaxing with heat lamps sitting outside on a December evening.
