I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is truly beyond words! First off, the food was absolutely outstanding. That's great on its own, but what made the experience even more memorable was seeing the chef and owner come out in his white Nikes to shake hands with everyone. That was really heartwarming! As he walked around, he also acknowledged his employees with a friendly pat on the shoulder, recognizing their hard work. They have their own winery in Santa Barbara, and it made me think about how the owner enjoys life with his wife, making wine and just being a regular guy. We went for an Easter supper with the family and arrived early; our reservation was at 7 PM, but we were seated at 6:22 PM. Every staff member was professional, courteous, and charming. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We started with calamari as an appetizer, which was cooked to perfection. For the main course, I had the filet mignon served with potatoes and sautéed spinach. For dessert, I enjoyed a berry crumble with vanilla ice cream, which was delightful. My husband remarked that it was worth every penny!
We had been looking forward to visiting this restaurant for some time, and we finally got the chance to enjoy a meal there. Jacob, the owner, is an absolute gem. He warmly welcomes you and makes sure to check in on you throughout your visit to ensure everything is perfect. The food is outstanding—be sure to try the coffee-rubbed steak; I guarantee your taste buds will appreciate it. The oysters were fresh, and the salmon was simply exquisite. The food was great as always. Wait staff was attentive and very nice. The chef came by to ask how everything was. The seating was not what I was expecting. We were told that we couldn?t get certain table because it was occupied. I watched people go in and out and the table I wanted was empty the entire time we were eating. We ended up in the corner table which made us feel kind of unwanted and shoved to the side. We were repeat customers and we should?ve been treated with more deference

The restaurant offers a concise but impressive selection of wines at reasonable prices, typical for a steakhouse. The food is quite tasty; I especially enjoyed the crab cake, steak tartare, and onion rings. The steaks are fantastic, and the service is attentive. However, the indoor ambiance can be quite loud, and some of the four-person tables feel a bit cramped. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely return in the future!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, as they truly catered to my daughter, making our dining outing memorable. Kid-friendliness: The staff was incredibly patient with her; they even prepared a Shirley Temple for her, and she got to try steak tartare for the first time! Overpriced!!! Service was good Atmosphere was good If you're just having a drink this place is good but the food was not good at all. Lacked flavor and it was very expensive. We had the sole and the fish stew. Both were bad. We ordered a dessert (bad move) and it wasn't good either. I wish I would have just eaten a pizza.
Went here for dinner and got the Australian beef ribeye. Outstanding. The service was incredible. Efficient and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was perfect. Warm and classy. Just like the food, the drinks were incredible as well. I would highly recommend.

The best dining experience! Great fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steak. My husband and I drove 1 hour to get there and it was well worth the trip. Absolutely delicious and we will be back. Slay wine was TOP.
