Terrible I seen the menu didn’t have any promos on it so I asked the cashier some Latin Hispanic lady she was very rude she kept asking me if I “ wanted to buy the pizza or not “ after I told her THREE TIMES I wanted the food I just wanted to know if they had any specials with this being my first time here . Very very rude horrible customer service just to top it off the pizza slices tasted old mines was burnt . 0 10 won’t recommend going at night . They need to practice better customer service here.
Slice Factory has great tasting pizza and this location has continued the recipes that make their pizzas different than other pizza places. I only gave the Food category a 4, which I would like to make a 4.5, is because occasionally after sending my slice through the pizza warmer conveyor, my pepperonis are sometimes burned. I don't like burnt pepperonis. The people and service is good and the restaurant is clean and maintained.

The female cashier that works the night shift is terrible for business! she’s racist towards black women and it’s blatant. To my Foundational Black Americans stop supporting businesses that hire people who have no business in the CUSTOMER service industry. The food ain’t no where near worth it!
So we got the vodka pasta with sausage. We got it from this same location 2 months ago and it was GREAT! This time we got the exact same thing and we were both sick and had the runs. Idk if there was cross contamination not clean or what happened but not trying this from here again to see.
I really appreciate the respectful staff at this restaurant. The food is consistently hot and ready to enjoy! I understand that mistakes can happen, as we’re all human, but the employees here are quick to resolve any issues!
In my few visits, they have consistently forgotten something. I was just there, and I paid for a side of cheese that I never received, and the pizza was barely warm.
