We traveled to the Old Forge region to get some photos for my work. I work as a food wine photographer for magazines in the travel industry. I was recommended to goto this establishment and I walked in the place 15 min before the kitchen closed. Thewaitress sat us down to a table and said to order before kitchen closed. What we wanted was simple and was ready to order. Ittook the waitress to walk by us for 20 min and then come to say she forgot us and kitchen was closed. Now I could have made afuss and forced my opinion, but then I could imagine how they would flavor my food!!(spit or other ways) My wife just nicelysaid,?That?s ok, my kids and I will starve for the night as the waitress laug...
A small group of friends were traveling from Saranac Lake to Syracuse and wanted to grab something to eat at Old Forge, which is almost impossible in a hot July Sunday. We pulled in the pizzeria by the Arcade and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pizza. There’s only outdoor dining and bathrooms are shared with the arcade. The service and the food were very good. It’s a great fast food option.
The service was extremely slow. The personal was not very friendly or cooperative when trying to change my order. They had to be reminded I was waiting for my pie 45 minutes later and you could tell the pizza a way over done. The dough was tough and had no flavor.
Pretty bad pizza from this place... Burnt... But you can taste that if it wasn't burned it still wouldn't be great. Probably not something they are known for understandably though when Fasttrac makes a 10x better and cheaper pie, you should retire thatpizza oven.

They were busy so it did take a while to get what we ordered. I wanted it to go and didn’t realize I should have made that clear but the lady was very nice and gave me the boxes. Even offered to box it for me. Food was very good.
First time eating jere for our family of 4 and we will be back. We got a few minutes to talk to the owners as we were leaving and thanked them for a great night.
Best pizza I've had in years. Arcade attached. Prices are affordable. Service is outstanding. The crust cannot be beat. We'll be back for sure.
This pizza is delicious! Service is outstanding my 7 year old daughter asked if we can review this place and gave it a 10.
