My husband and I have eaten here several times and received excellent service and food. We usually order a large plate of tenders and fries and split it. We enjoy the food and atmosphere, which has always been friendly.Unfortunately, on 1/23/2023, I was in a hurry to get to work so I tried the drive-through. It was about 1:30. I decided to try a chicken sandwich. I’m sorry to report that my experience was the opposite of what I expected.The service was efficient but not very friendly, almost smug. The meat was dried out and the ranch-mayo was ridiculously overloaded on the bun. (See the pictures. The bread was so over saturated that the top of the bun ripped into two pieces. Ordered online for pick up. There was no one inside dining and there was no one in the drive thru. I let the worker I had an online order and was informed I had to come inside, in the rain, with a boot on due to a broken foot. I can understand you don’t want delivery drivers clogging the line, but there was literally not a single customer there. Then, while I’m waiting on my food, the same worker sends someone to park and wait on their food in front of the doors, AND THEN PROCEEDS TO INSTRUCT THE CASHIER TO RUN THEIR FOOD OUTSIDE TO THEM. So you can’t walk two steps to hand me my food through a window when I’m injured, but you can run someone else their food. Doubt I’ll ever be coming back.
I went to have a birthday lunch with my friends! Victoria took care of us the whole time we were there. The food was delicious, Victoria was so pleasant and professional and the restaurant was very clean! We will be back!Food: 5/5
