my wife and I visited for the first time and it will certainly not be the last! we both ordered the buffalo Chick’n salad and sides of chips and mac n cheese that we fought to end! the food was tasty and our salads were spicy, the mac n cheese was creamy. all finished with a coffee and excellent warmed mandel croissant. next time we will not order as much as the portions are generous, but I would recommend sloth and sparrow for a good vegan lunch. next time we go before 12.00 to taste their vegan breakfast.
There aren’t many fully vegan options in Falmouth, so points for that. The hot dog I had was nicely prepped, and the bun was good. Heard hoot comments about the seitan chicken and Moving Mountains burger. The chips were excellent. The brownie portions were huge: would recommend the chocolate chip one over the Oreo one. Oh but skip the cauli wings. They start off way too hot to eat, and once they’re cooled off, they’re not much but a vehicle for the sauce. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-02
Sloth and Sparrow hits the spot every time if you are fancying a treat or needing great vegan comfort food that is freshly made and reliably good. The staff are always welcoming with happy smiles to greet you. There’s some seating inside but the harbour out the back has great views to sit and eat there. We have gradually worked our way through the menu trying something different with each visit and can’t fault anything.
Spent a few weeks in the region and Sloth and Sparrow was by far the tastiest eatery out there. Staff recommended döner and it was brilliant! Chic’ain’t was also spot on; you can also try out beers from local brewery that is just down the road. Nice relaxed vibes amazing food, a must try!

we went on a Sunday into the scenes and sparrow and their frying tasty. many nice. I had the nut roast and my other half had the roasted since. both were tasteful and delicious.
The breakfasts are great, the chick’n burger is the best burger ever. Again can’t fault it. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-23
Sunday Roast Roasties were perfect, red cabbage was on point, only place to ever make parsnips I will eat. Oh and the cauli Cheese
