Yesterday, I attempted to place an online order, but my card kept getting declined. I was pretty sure my bank account could handle $40, so I checked my bank and saw no fraud alerts. I figured there must have been something wrong with their online ordering system. No worries, though—my wife really likes this place. Placed an uber eats order September 26, 2024 and the brisket was terrific. Placed another order for 2 dinners with the brisket October 1, and the brisket was unpalatable, both tough on one end, and dry on the other, with way too many large chunks of gristle. Never again. Would not recommend. Find somewhere else or order carry out from the other location.
The food here is excellent and closely resembles the authentic experience! The staff were friendly and worked efficiently to ensure all our orders were served at the same time. The location is also fantastic. I especially enjoyed the brisket, and their macaroni and cheese is definitely the best I’ve ever had.
Ive ordered the Yard Bird several times (in the restaurant AND through door dash) and this came to me essentially as a bbq chicken sandwich with mushrooms and bacon. EXTREMELY disappointed! Worst slows bbq experience ever.

The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, as well as the carrots! The ribs were tender, just a tad salty. The Reason sandwich....my my my! Divine! The portions are on point, by the way! 5+ stars all across the board!
I love the flavor of the pit beans but for me there is way too much meat in them. The Mac and Cheese was a bit well done which made it less saucy and a little dry. The brisket was quite good but very fatty.
The baked beans and wings were delicious. Ribs were hard and tough, macaroni and cheese was dry, coleslaw was bitter. I wouldnt recommend.
I normally frequent the main restaurant, but the take out spot is just as good. Would highly recommend.
