Needed to stay out of the house for a couple hours and happened to find this location when looking for a place to sit and eat lunch. This place has a great park for both small children and bigger kids. It even has a workout area for us parents to do something while the kids play. Included with a small spot to launch a canoe or paddle board. Can't forget about the boardwalk also unfortunately I was not able to check it out because although the park is dog friendly on leash that is, the boardwalk however is Not. So if you plan on walking it leave the pets at home because I daughters walked some of it and they said it was beautiful, with views of the ocean and a nice long walk it's worth checki...
I lived down the street from here for years and have never been. I've always passed it up. Im so glad i stopped by! The boardwalk trail is a lot longer than you would think. Many benches along the way to just sit and enjoy. The mangroves are stunning and right across the street is the beach. What more can you ask for ?
The little ninja crabs were a unique site to see. It's all boardwalk and a nice place to go on a stroll. Neat facts along the way.I would not make this a highlight of my vacation but a compliment if you have 30 min to spare.It is not animal friendly, and not a great place to bike or other wheeled transportation.
The beach wasIf you're looking to walk your dog, this small dog park is a decent option. However, it seems to be poorly maintained, with much of it underwater. It's evident that not much care has been put into its upkeep since it's located off the main path

Nice place to go for a walk on the board walk, bathrooms near parking, also kids park/playground on one and of trail, also dog park by parkinging area
The grandkids loved the walk to the playground at the back. The Broadway made it a nice walk threw the park.
Nice place to retreat. The boardwalk is relaxing and there's a dog park and kids' playground.
Beautiful place very clean environment. Such a variety of plant life. Definitely a must-see
