I got a horrible store experience from a male staff who appeared the store’s general manager, per the tag on his chest. He was very inpatient in listening to what I was trying to order and constantly interrupted me on what I was trying to say. He always looked at me with a pair of fierce eyes when he was taking my order or talking to me. His verbal responses during the whole ordering process were so discriminated and full of hatred. He repeatedly gave me the wrong drink that came with the order. At the end I quitted on getting the right drink as I couldn't wait to get my food and out of the store. The service is outstanding can’t complain about that, been here 3 times and burgers is always excellent even my daughter loved the food/fries, but The wings…. 2x presentation was very poor and undercooked , smash burger if you want to compete you have to execute them way better .Wings 2/10Parking: Normally you park through the side entrance , you have the main entrance as well
New team is friendlier than the last and service has improved recently.Vegetarian options: The black bean burger at smash burger is the best. Great to see someone put more effort than slapping a beyond meat patty (whatever the heck that is) between their usual menu items. It is unique and one of the best options when craving a vegetarian burger.
Food is NOT edible . They need to hire a team of people. One person can’t manage registers, Cook and serve customers and Keep Restaurant clean. I can’t believe this Restaurant is still around. So sad !

I've had smash burgers from other places before, but I don't think they prepare them to order. It seems like they just reheat patties that have already been cooked. They're not made fresh.
Since they changed their fries and removed the haystack onions, this place has turned into an overpriced version of Wendy's. I'd prefer to cross the highway for Five Guys instead.
The service is excellent, but the food is just mediocre. The new mango habanero burger was overcooked and smothered in a sticky, overly sweet sauce that was not very appealing.
Came here with loving family members in 2015 and 2023, food is delicious, place is clean and the staff is friendly. Thanks to Joe for great service at the counter.
