I stopped in here in order to grab one of their swiss truffle mushroom smash chickens and a crispy chicken sandwich... The swiss truffle had only a touch of mayo and was very dry for chicken. Disappointed. And the wait for chicken is a lot longer, we basically watch nine other orders who ordered after us pick up their orders and leave before we received our chicken. Smash fries and sweet potato fries are still awesome.
Some people shouldn't work in a fast food restaurant. White last behind the counter was very chaotic food, while orders make shake and touching pod systems with wash out their hands. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a shake and tortured the shake as soon as I went out because I wasn't in the process of getting from her touching everything that wasn't washing her hands while the customers were amazing.
This is my favorite smash burger location! The burgers are always perfectly cooked, not pink but also not burned. The Pommes are bomb! The staff is so friendly and the manager goes beyond and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience. He's a very sweet young man! 10/10 if you definitely stop for lunch in the area.
Great burgers. I've never felt her patties were thin enough to really be considered one? Smashburger? So the name is a little misleader, but she is still very good. And the bootring style frits are seasoned and perfectly cooked, some of the best frits I ever had in fast food. I always had very friendly service at this point.
