the personal is very rude. I went to pick up an order, and there was an article that the customer had ordered that was missing, and I showed the employees what the order was, and they didn't care in the least. the Latino male with long hair has not even said he simply turned his screen to show what it said at the end and the African American bigger lady was very rude and said oh well, the customer must reorder the article if she wants it. the customer paid for it, but they still refused to give it to the customer. they were both very rude and should think of another person as they do not know how to speak with people properly. they are definitiv not the type of people they need to work in a...
Well I will tell you. When I first walked up to this burger place I expected a Freddy's. We have a phrase where I am and they have the squish the burgers and make the edges crisps thing and it was okay but man they were just clowns amateurs compared to this I was not expecting the deliciousness in the burger, I was not expecting to taste the the beauty of the oils of the grace of the burger itself the deliciousness of it oh man and combined with the crispy edges of the burger patties, man it was fantastic. Not too much more than what you expect especially with inflation, but definitely worth it you'll love this place if you try it once. And I just had the classic smashburger, can you imagine...
I would not recommend coming here if you're looking for friendly customer service. The staff member we encountered, Ketan or whatever their name is, seemed disinterested and barely took our order. They even tried to argue with me and my technician, claiming we hadn't ordered any meals. Their attitude was as frustrating as their overall demeanor. I rate this experience a 1 out of 10 and highly suggest choosing a different place. It's definitely worth it to go elsewhere rather than deal with unprofessional service.
Absolutely love this Smashburger location! Picked up some food with my mom last week, and the staff were super friendly. There was a bit of a mix-up and a staff member quickly notified us of the mistake and corrected us before we left with an incorrect order. Outstanding customer service, and wonderful food. Will continue coming here for awesome burgers!

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our orders were spot on when the food arrived. The burger was delicious, and the Smash fries were perfect. I requested a to-go cup for my shake, and our server had it to me in just two minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
You've been Smashed!!!!! I love this place. Great food and shakes. The location is down the street from Duke Hospital and is surround by apartments and condos. And if you a picky eater, their burgers ,etc. is customizable all the way down to the bun and cheese.
Nice decor and vibe. The burgers are awesome they are a good size and price. I got the classic double burger and a side of sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and my fries were crispy. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Will be back!
The hamburgers here are excellent and served hot. I've visited this location four times over the past four years, and each visit has been enjoyable. The customer service is decent. However, the only thing this place is missing is a vibrant atmosphere.

I ordered the Colorado Burger with red onions, and it was delicious! My husband tried the Classic Smash Burger, minus the tomatoes and with Cheddar cheese instead of American. We were both really impressed. The burgers are generously sized!
