My partner and I were really impressed by the staff, especially what we thought was the manager. She consistently offered encouraging words about the cooking, saying things like "Great job!" and "The food looks amazing." It was genuinely refreshing to hear such praise in a time when so many people tend to complain about everything. My burger, with extra toppings, was absolutely delicious.
this classic smash was ordered with haystacks, which is missing and it's a little too raw for my wife's liking. the restaurant didn't appear to be busy to miss a couple of these details. plus the order was ready super fast, which normally is fine, but in this case there was no need to rush.
Smashburger is my favorite restaurant, but my first experience with delivery wasn't great. My burger was wrapped too tightly, which squished it a bit, and my fries were undercooked. Out of all the times I've been to Smashburger, this was definitely the worst experience.

The fries were undercooked, and several burgers that were ordered without smash sauce were served with it, so they went uneaten. Considering these mistakes, the prices seemed too high.
I had a great experience overall on my first visit to Smashburger. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean.
I prefer Shake Shack above all, but Smashburger is a close second and the best option in the area. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
