I was initially ready to give this place a three-star rating, but then I noticed the bottom of my tot container. This was my first experience with Smashburger, and overall, I wasn't impressed, especially considering I spent over $20. The brisket burger was just okay; it was quite greasy, and the pickles tasted like raw cucumbers, which definitely meant they weren't ready to be pickles yet. The tots were soaked in oil and grease—around an ounce or so at the bottom of the container—which was surprising; I've never encountered that anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 16 dollars for a basic single cheeseburger meal. The burger was a strange color, cold, and awful tasting. I was afraid to eat it. The fries were soaked in grease and gross also. I was afraid to eat. I threw everything in the trash. Also the service was incredibly slow and the workers are rude. This just may be the worst restaurant I've EVER EVER been to!

I had a wonderful visit to this restaurant. Camille took our order and she was incredibly friendly and courteous. Both the burgers and fries were fantastic. The dining room was a bit too cold for our liking, so we decided to take our food outside. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we will definitely return in the future. This is one of the best burger spots to visit, as they'll customize your burger to your preferences. It's also one of the few places around that offers the option to add a fried egg on your burger. The smash fries are fantastic as well. Thank you!
The wait times can be lengthy, but the food is consistently served hot. My favorite dish is the turkey burger paired with sweet potato fries! However, the shake was a bit too runny for my liking.
