I'm personally a fan of Smile of The Beyond and its sister restaurant, The Oneness Fountain Heart. Both restaurants are run by students of the spiritual leader Sri Chimnoy, whose art and ideas you'll most definitely encounter while dining indoors at Smile of the Beyond. The pumpkin pancakes were a memorable dish to enjoy: they were fluffy in texture and had just the right amount of sweetness. The Huevos Rancheros was a diverse delight with its black beans, vegan egg patty, and guacamole sauce that combined elegantly for a savory dish that is filling without weighing you down.
I recently had the best authentic vegan and vegetarian food in Jamaica, Queens. Both the food and drinks are incredibly fresh, and you can tell that everything is made with care. They manage to make non-meat dishes taste just as delicious, if not better, than meat. There are plenty of options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The staff is friendly and professional, which adds to the great experience. This has definitely become my go-to spot when I'm avoiding meat. The prices are reasonable, too. The only downside is that they close at 3 PM, so be sure to go before then!
Loved eating at this establishment. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was very calming and peaceful. The vibe from the other customers was great. And the food was truly amazing. I have eaten at many other restaurants that call themselvesvegan/vegetarian and lacked taste. Lacked creativity. This restaurant is worth stopping at and eating in. It really is a ?smileof the beyond? because it leaves you smiling beyond your meal.
Food is excellent at this place!!! I came here with my family we all enjoyed the experience. The waiter brought some toys for the babies and overall we enjoyed every dish. All the food is served fresh and warm, and likely made from scratch because it tasted homemade I’ll be returning for sure!!

We discovered this hidden gem while searching for vegan options near our AirBNB in Queens. The flavors were outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the French toast, which was topped with truly authentic-looking whipped cream! I also picked up a cool runners' hat from them.
I had a lengthy wait at JFK and decided to explore this hidden gem. They offer plenty of vegan and non-vegan options. I tried the Vegan French Toast Deluxe along with a smoothie, and it was fantastic!
Like the title says, this place is excellent with both vegan and vegetarian menus. Many breakfast and lunch choices to choose from and friendly serene service. Do yourself a favor and try this place.
I honestly cannot express how much I love this place. Fresh ingredients. Several vegan options. Intimate setting and excellent service. EVERYTHING on the menu is 100000% satisfying.
