I usually have a fondness for smiley faces, but today I had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Mark. My dad had a long appointment, and we decided to pick up some food on our way home. When we arrived, he briefly stepped away but told me what to order before leaving. I placed my order but then realized I had forgotten that my dad was paying since he had picked me up earlier in the day. I didn’t have my wallet with me. I explained to Mark that he would need to wait a moment because my dad was covering the bill. Rather than being understanding, he rolled his eyes and slammed his hands down on the counter—not too hard, but still quite rude.
As a Chicago native, I truly value this restaurant when I can't head into the city. Ava and Hector offered amazing service, and the food was exceptional. My family will definitely be making this place a regular spot. Smiley's deserves a perfect 10/10 rating, with its delightful atmosphere and welcoming vibe.

Love Smiley's for the quick grab menu. Hotdogs are great, gyros are my fave in the area, and got to have a pizza puff. I miss the former owner offering a free drink while we waited for our order

I always order takeout from this place, but their Gyros Plate meal is amazing. It's enough food for two meals. I recommend getting 1-2 extra pitas and an extra side of cucumber sauce.
I went to this restaurant for the second time and the gyros were really good. The service was friendly and excellent. I will definitely come back!
First time here, came for a Geocache event. Food was good, it came up pretty fast, and price's won't break the bank like a lot of other places.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. There is nothing better in life than the chicken gyro.
