Yesterday I passed by Wisters and decided to stop in and give it a try. Service was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Brisket was pretty darn awesome. Very flavorful and tender. The pulled pork was also very tasty and properly cooked. I was thrilled with the smoked/grilled wings as they were meaty and well worth the price and the hot bbq sauce I chose was nicely balanced with sweet and spicy notes. The St. Louis ribs could have used more time as they were somewhat tough but they (kind of)made up for it in flavors and meatiness. Online ordered for takeout and it was a smooth process. The order was waiting for a table for a contactless pick-up. The staff was friendly. The taste of the food was very good and so were the sauces. Had the bride, chicken, ribs and sausage. Everyone had great taste. My only disappointment was the portion size on the 2 meat plate. Would have paid more meat for the price.
Thanksgiving dinner completely prepared with all fixes. It was amazing! Thanks for a nice and simple Thanksgiving menu - there is a silver food until 2020! We will definitely eat again
