I visited the drive-thru today, December 10, 2023. I paid $11.19 for a 40 oz smoothie but was handed a 20 oz instead. When I pointed this out, the girl brought me a larger cup, but as I started drinking, I noticed the consistency was off. I frequent this location 2-3 times a week, so I could tell something wasn't right. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it was actually a 32 oz, not the 40 oz I ordered. I went inside to speak with the manager, or whoever the tattooed girl was, and she explained that they were in training that day. Terrible customer service/ people skills at this Smoothie king. The one in Conway had happy workers that always greeted customers. I walked in and no one was in the store. I had to yell ?hello? for someone to come to the front and she didn?t evensay hi or anything. Just looked at me weird. I ordered my smoothie and she didn?t say anything at all and went to make mysmoothie. I didn?t know to stick my card in since she didn?t say anything and then I saw the total on the screen. The wholeencounter was extremely awkward and it was just as awkward when another customer walked in and she was just as rude. Theseemployees need more training or better management.
Outstanding service! For me to write a review, the experience needs to be either exceptional or terrible. This evening, I had a wonderful first visit to Smoothie King! The young woman who assisted me, whose name I believe started with an A, not only provided great suggestions but also walked me through the different flavors and options. It's uncommon to find an employee who truly prioritizes the customer! I'm now a fan of Smoothie King and look forward to trying more of their recommendations in the future!
The açaí bowls here are only half the size of what’s shown in all the photos—both online and in videos—as well as at other locations across the country. I’m not sure what’s going on at this place. If I’m only getting half the amount, then for $12, it should really be priced at $6. It seems like they’re making an extra $3-6 in profit on top of their usual margins. Is this some kind of clever scheme by the owner?

I frequently order from Smoothie King, and I absolutely love their smoothies. On my last order, they accidentally forgot my pretzels, but when I called them, they quickly resolved the issue. The staff is really great, and I will definitely keep choosing them as my go-to place for smoothies.
Smoothie was super watery. I have better experiences with Smoothie Kings in Missouri. Doors were locked while open and the employee was not responding to the drive-thru. She was super kind though and gave a size-up because she made too much byaccident! It was still good though.
I have to say a big no to this place. Yesterday, I bought a veggie wrap and only managed to eat half of it because I felt nauseous all day. Today, my partner tried the other half, and he mentioned that it made him feel sick as well.
I asked for plant based they repeated my order back only to give me whey protein I didn’t realize until half way through my smoothie when my stomach was in shambles , then I checked the receipt to see it was in fact whey

Pretty cool find. Better than ?tropical smoothie? any day. And the lady who helped me was really nice. I think her name was Chloe? My new go to place for smoothies.
Chloe made me a great smoothie today. Always friendly and helpful. Every time I go to Smoothie King on Cantrell the smoothies and customer service is great!
