I really wanted to love this place, but yikes. I get it ; it was early, we’re all tired, coffee hasn’t kicked in yet ..but the two employees working looked like they’d rather be in a dentist’s chair than serving customers. I ordered a $15 coconut açaí bowl (because I enjoy pretending I’m a tropical health goddess on weekdays), and well let’s just say my bowl was suffering from base shortage syndrome. The “coconut base” you know, the part that’s supposed to fill you up — was basically MIA. You can see it in the picture: that little white layer at the bottom? Yeah that’s it. If I’m paying $15 for frozen fruit concentrate, please, I beg you, fill that bad boy up! Don’t make me go home and stare...
This is the worst Smoothie King I’ve ever visited. I waited about 25 minutes at the front of the line for someone to take my order, and then I had to wait another 35 minutes for just one smoothie. Meanwhile, a group of four people who were behind me received their orders before I did. When I finally got my drink, it was the wrong size. On the positive side, the flavor was good, but the overall experience was frustrating. The wait time was absurd, and it's unacceptable to be served after those who arrived later. The place is extremely unorganized and very slow.
Saul is a disappointing experience. The manager seems unqualified, and her staff frequently calls out. Additionally, the manager herself appears disheveled, often looking unclean and exhausted. I once ordered a drink and didn't receive it until the following day. If Saul is around, I recommend having someone else prepare your order. I will not be returning to this location.
Typically, there are two guys working at this place, and they’re always great. However, today when I walked in, two young women were on duty and were engaged in a conversation about their baby daddy and other trivial drama. I placed my order and headed to my car because I really didn’t want to listen to that. The smoothie was just okay.

If I could rate this company a negative 5 star I would I was the manager here for years and they are filthy and nasty. One time we got frozen strawberries that had mold and the owner scooped the mold out with a spoon and said use the rest. If you wanna get sick be my guest.
