First trip to any Smoothie King since 2019 according to my app. I decided to visit recently because I had a birthday reward. The app has changed significantly since I last used it, so I had to familiarize myself with the updated features before heading there. I entered and surprisingly, it was empty. On April 14, 2023 at 8:13pm, the girl working at the restaurant lacked customer service skills and was rude. Despite being tired, she could have been more friendly. I was also tired but always make an effort to be friendly towards others. It was a Friday, so I used my app to receive my 32oz drink. Unfortunately, the girl added a lot of ice to my protein shake, resulting in a flavor that was more like crushed ice and chocolate. It was a disappointing experience, but I didn't want to confront her negative attitude. I felt like I was ripped off, especially when she asked for a tip while I was paying. I was working all Saturday and was looking forward to having a smoothie when I was finished. I looked on the website and it said the store closed at nine. I drove as fast as I could to the store and arrived at 8:50. Once I arrived the employee said the store was closed. If your store closes at 8:50, it should say that on the website versus leading people to believe that the store is open until nine. Also, the doors were open. The person at the counter said that he couldn't help me and that they put all of the ingredients and everything away. I was so frustrated. I do not like when stores do this. If you're not gonna be serving people prior to the close of your store, it would be most helpful...
The staff at this restaurant is excellent and the service is quick. This was my first visit to a Smoothie King and it met my expectations. I tried a promotional drink from Dude Perfect, as my son wanted to get the cup. It was a bit pricey at just over $10 after tax. I would be interested in trying some of their signature drinks in the future, but would have to consider if it's worth the cost. The drink I had was delicious, and I imagine their other offerings are just as good.

I enjoy coming to this restaurant. The staff has been replaced and they now have faster smoothie service compared to the other smoothie place nearby. 9 out of 10 times when I pre-order, my smoothie is ready early. The new staff is friendly and efficient. I visit this place every Friday and once during the week, it's my go-to smoothie spot when I'm working on weekdays!
Incredibly slow service. Ordered at the counter at 1230 and didn't get our drinks for half an hour. Made me late for a nearby appointment. Stopped in to grab a quick snack before my appointment, but so much for that idea. Definitely won't be coming back. Should have read the reviews before we came in.
The service was slow, the staff was poorly dressed, and the smoothies were not as well-made as at other nearby locations. That's all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Third time now I was told 15 to 20 minute wait for orders. I will not be back! This location needs to be avoided by all.
