As of today, I will no longer be visiting Smoothie King. Two days ago, I ordered my usual 32-ounce mango kale smoothie as a regular customer. However, the staff gave my smoothie to the person who ordered before me. I had to wait another three minutes for them to make a new one, which they messed up by leaving out bananas and other ingredients. The original smoothie sat right there, but instead of letting me have it, they took it back and froze it. This morning, I went to place my order before dropping my daughter off at school. This store was the first Smoothie King that I had ever walked into and it has set a high expectation for all the other ones I visited. The store is always neat and clean! The team members are always friendly and helpful. The smoothies are always delicious! If there is ever a mistake, it is promptly remade. The smoothies are always made to the best quality and they even give out the extra smoothie in a nice sample cup. They are always accommodating to food allergies or smoothie changes. I have had the privilege of worker for the owners of this particular Smoothie King and they are some of the best employers I know! The staff reacted negatively when I brought up an error with my order. I paid $13 for a smoothie and expect it to be prepared correctly. I used to come here every day, but now I’ll be going somewhere else. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I won’t be coming back.
