I went in to order smoothies for my wife and myself, but the experience was less than pleasant. While I was trying to place my order, two girls in the back were loudly discussing unrelated topics. The guy taking my order politely asked them to quiet down while there were customers present and even apologized for the distraction. Unfortunately, they continued their chatter and even started mocking him for having customers around, turning it into a little song. This made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable as I waited for my smoothies. It would have been nice if they had offered to help the guy instead of focusing on their gossip. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Generally, I have a great experience here with quick service and friendly staff, and the smoothies always taste fantastic. However, today was different. The employee who served me was rather unprofessional, wearing sweatpants (not leggings, but actual sweats). The only thing she said to me was the price of my drink, and to top it off, she didn’t fill my drink all the way. Additionally, the person who ordered after me received his drinks before I did.
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. I visited the store and a young employee told me to come back later because he was busy with online orders. When I returned, he was very rude and claimed he was working alone, even though there were two other associates standing behind the counter. This was extremely unprofessional. Overall, my visit on April 28 was marked by poor service, and I would never recommend this location.
Had a great experience in here today and the Friday before last. Each time there was only one person working and he rocked it!! He had to manage checking people out, online orders and making the smoothies. He was very efficent and even apoligized about the wait, even though I didn't have to wait that long. This guy deserves a raise or promotion, he definitely gets high quality customers service! Book a table now
First customer. I didn't care very much about the smoothie, but that's up to me. Should have looked at the ingredients instead of choosing names. I know I don't like chocolate in smoothies, I just didn't expect the keto berry cocoa added. Service was friendly, seating was comfortable, and customers were kindly welcomed. Can't complain!
This place doesn't deserve any stars. It's constantly understaffed, and it takes over an hour just to get a couple of smoothies. I do not recommend coming here if you're looking to be in and out quickly. Their smoothies are also packed with way too much sugar.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This place is fantastic! Every time I visit, I receive exactly what I ordered, and the staff is always friendly and pleasant to talk to. I really love this place!
Seriously smooth king is amazing. She always retweet my tweets and message me and it makes me so loved haha, but I honestly really like how interactive everyone is through social media and shops. Stop it! Book a table now
