Very upset my kids and I were hungry I waited for a while and they gave us this old wing because there were not fresh there were very dry and this were not from today this are old wings they reused could have got us sick so I gave it to my dogs instead they had very bad service very rude employees that were just horsing around and having attitude to us costumers do better or fire them cause some of us also come from work just like them and we also get tired but when you are working you got to give respect for us to be able to give it to you this don't go for all the workers it's for those that were horsing around giving attitude and thank you to those workers that were actually doing there j...
I order legs and thighs from this place all the time. The last time I came, the manager encouraged me to place my order in advance over the phone because thighs and legs take a long time to cook. So the next time I visited, I order over the phone however when I pull up to the window to pay the rude person tells me I need to come inside. I tell her I have an injury on my foot and it hurts to walk, can I just finish my transaction at the window? About a minute of silence passes and they tell me NO. Like really??? ???? Order cancelled! I won?t be back.
So yes this place is ghetto and usually located in the ghetto. Location is rough. Homeless people seem to flock to the gas stations near it so every now and than you will get a homeless asking for food. That aside this location is busy and they manage to turn out orders pretty quickly. Very rarely am I waiting. Manners and customer service is non existent. You can tell that most of the employees are oretty hood and lack any kind of customer service. They clearly don't want to be here.
Okay Snappers fish and chicken near Martin Luther King Boulevard or street had great food everywhere. When I first went here with friends, did I order the pick two with Wels Nuggets and shrimps that were delicious???? The food was so good that we went back two more days in a row. So the next day I got the pick two, wings, okra, crab cake and the frozen lemonade?. Next time I'm in Miami, we'll stay here.

This restaurant can be hit or miss, depending on who is cooking. The food is sometimes great, but other times it lacks flavor. I suggest starting with a basic seasoning like salt to at least give it some taste. I would only return if they add extra lemon seasoning and make sure not to overdo it.
I understand that Conch's is pricey, but for $22, you get a substantial amount of dried conch. I was impressed when I opened the package and saw how generous the portion was. The flavors and oils in the conch truly made it worth the cost. Thank you.

The food was decent, but they use a lot of salt and spices. We had medium-sized shrimp and fried goat.
