I have been to this specific SoBol location several times and have been disappointed each time. My orders have either been incorrect or missing items I paid extra for. Today, they even misplaced my order, causing me to wait an additional 10 minutes for a remake. As someone not from NYC, I expected better service and quality. Despite being a fan of Acai bowls, I will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend dining here.

I was called immediately after I placed my order, the kind lady on the call phone explained to me that they were out of the matcha overnight oats and that they were able to replace it with another one and I was totally on board. I absolutely love their bowls and Açai shakes. My daughter got me hooked and I try and go whenever I can . Always fresh and delicious. The workers are really nice and whenever the manager is there, he greets me and is always so friendly. I tried another place and it didn’t compare . This is truly the best in Astoria !

I was very disappointed to find out that despite labeling their menu as completely vegan, every dish contained honey as an ingredient. It was frustrating, even though you can still ask for it to be removed.
Wheres the Acia? I gave three because even though I didnt get the smoothie I like the lady was nice enough to call and gave me something else. The Acai Belgian Waffle is just the waffle and no Açaí fruit.
This restaurant is excellent! I highly recommend it. The Acai Bowl is not only visually appealing but also very tasty.
