Very cool place, the decor and vibe was nice, and there is a good variety on their menu. I came for the fried chicken and the crisp as well as the flavor was amazing. I liked this chicken better than Bon Chon. Definitely skip the Buldok Myun noodles. Iwas definitely scammed by ordering these. The Buldok Myun noodles are the Samyang Buldok original noodles you can get at anysurrounding market for less than $2 and buying them here ran me $9. They didn?t even serve me the entire pack. I wasn?texpecting them to be the simple ramen when I ordered them, but now I know. One last tip for visiting, if paying cash there is aslight discount but you won?t be able to take advantage of the discount if you...

The food at Soho Chicken Houston is consistently fantastic—anything you order from the menu is sure to be delicious. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. On two visits, even when the restaurant was nearly empty, it took over 10 minutes for a server or bartender to acknowledge us. Make sure to order everything you need upfront because they rarely check back, and you’ll have to actively search out staff for any help. Most of the time, employees are either behind the bar or off in a corner, which is disappointing. It’s a real shame because the food is outstanding, but the poor customer service could drive customers away.
I visited Soho Chicken Houston about a month or two ago and placed a takeout order over the phone. I specifically requested an appetizer without fish cakes due to allergies. After driving 30 minutes to pick up the food, I got home and realized the dish was only fish cakes. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. I had to return to the restaurant to sort it out. The manager appeared overwhelmed but did offer a full refund. Additionally, the parking lot was filled with men loitering, and when I asked one man standing behind my car to move, he threatened me.
Our experience with the waitress today was quite disappointing. She did not serve our orders together and forgot one of the main dishes entirely. After everyone finished eating, we mentioned it to her and requested to cancel the missing order. Despite her oversight and our cancellation, she still attempted to charge us for it. Additionally, she didn’t check in on us at all to see if we wanted extra drinks or anything else, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The most frustrating aspect was that we were automatically charged an 18% tip for such a lackluster service. Book a table now
However, I won't be ordering the Galbi again, as it was too tough and salty for my taste. I was also quite disappointed with the Beef Fried Rice. Despite these few missteps, I'm still excited to explore other menu options next time! As for parking, there is a free parking garage beside the building.
First time here and it’s very yummy. This is Korean inspired dishes and the place is small but gets the job done. Restrooms were clean and the personnel was pleasant. The Mongolian roll was good, seaweed too. Our favorite was the french fries with the beef and the wings were yummy too.
Outstanding service and fantastic food! I tried the spicy wings and the sweet and sour dish, both of which were beautifully crispy on the outside yet juicy and flavorful on the inside. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
The menu offers a wide variety of Korean dishes beyond just fried chicken, which is a nice touch. They also serve beer by the pitcher. It's a great spot for groups with diverse tastes who are looking for plenty of options. Book a table now
