Really good food, very poor service. When we entered the restaurant the waitress hostess firstly said ‘no no no’ and wagged her finger at us from across the room. We then said we have a reservation she beckoned us over to the bar that she was standing behind, clearly munching on something as she spoke to us while licking food off her fingers. She then checked for our reservation and explained why she said no in the first place, apparently it was because a lot of people ‘had just been walking in today’. I took my other half here for Valentines day and safe to say they totally ruined our evening. It took minutes to be offered mains after our starters despite staring at their waitors. Once we finally ordered our food they took another minutes to arrive forgetting some of our sides. When asking where it was they insisted it was on its way. We finished our meal before the sides turned up, hours after we had turned up. To add insult to injury, upon finally complaining, all they offered us was soft drink despite spending a lot of money! the good is great, the personal is beautiful. I don't think they're manager good or trained. they always try to clean tables instead of ensuring that a table is fully maintained. I had to ask for water, cutlery, tellern, serviettes. no great experience. the net came seconds after the starter. very annoying, as there was no place on our table to eat in comfort. the whole end of the end service seems to be shut down and distracted. eating is good. I think because the people used good certificates that they do not really serve the full paying customers. very chaotic and disturbed! a shame.
The best was the food, which is very important. Everything else needs improvement. The restaurant was warm and very brightly lit with only one other table occupied. There was only one person working in the front of the house. They did not have all but one if the red wines on their menu. That being said, we shared 3 very good appetizers and 2 entrees. The lentil naan dish was excellent and the tandoori chicken and lamb curry were nicely done. Not at the level of some if London’s Indian cuisine, but convenient location at a reasonable price.

We chose to eat at this restaurant for our anniversary dinner even though we had read some very negative reviews! We are very glad we did, the service was excellent, the staff extremely helpful and the food was both tasty and well presented, the ambience and noise level was to our liking, we would have no hesitation recommending this restaurant or returning ourselves
Amazing food and very authentic Indian style. If you speak to the chefs then the good can be orientated per your tastes, in case you are craving for food close to Delhi style
The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly. They even researched a special type of chili for us and gave us the information on some ingredients.
Disappointed Indian. Was so excited to try the cuisine but it didn’t land my expectations. The staff was nice and humble but very slow and unresponsive.
