A gustative journey simply incredible. The visual is secondary (but pleasant), the journey takes place above all on taste, especially for those who love to surprise their taste buds! We quickly forget that we are in a restaurant that proudly displays vegan and gluten-free because at no time we feel a limitation as food and their associations are infinite! One of the kindest, thoughtful, tasty, healthy place. Top 3 on my list to have a break from cheese and meats, and enjoy some of the most beautiful and locally sourced products.
