What a fantastic discovery! We recently moved to Granby and were searching for alternatives to burgers and pizza, and we found exactly what we wanted here! We opted for tapas, and everything we tried was exceptional. My favorites were the bison ravioli and the lamb slider. My husband particularly enjoyed the shaved steak and the bacon-wrapped scallop. This place is a gem in Fraser! We also shared a bottle of wine, which was reasonably priced considering the quality of the food. With a lovely ambiance and attentive service, we're definitely coming back to try the main dishes next time!

We enjoyed a delightful meal at Solstice with our family after a day of skiing. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, and the food was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive and provided helpful recommendations for places in the area. My husband accidentally left his phone behind, but the owner was generous enough to mail it back to us once we got home. We will definitely be returning during our next visit to Winter Park. Then, a group arrived after us and they were seated before us, claiming to have a reservation. Well, we had a reservation too, which you had given to someone else, and we were here first! After 25 minutes waiting at the front door, no one came to offer us a drink, an appetizer, a bar stool, or even an update on our table. Check the other reviews; it seems they don’t take reservations or customer service seriously. I suggest you dine elsewhere.

What a fantastic find in Frasier, located in the Safeway Shopping Center! We started with the Ahi Tuna and Pork Slider, and for our main courses, we enjoyed the Swordfish with kale and the Pork Shoulder Steak. The portions were just right, the presentation was beautiful, and this restaurant is a wonderful addition to Grand County's food scene. It might just become our new favorite winter spot! The staff were also friendly and accommodating! Book a table now

I had high hopes for this little restaurant, but was very disappointed by the lack of service. The waiter totally ignored us and it took forever to just get our drinks. The food was fine, but not worth the lack of service. To top it off they charged my husbands meal twice and the waiter blew me off when I complained saying I would have to discuss it with the owner. Never again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

Low key small bistro with limited seating. Reservations recommended, but friendly limited bar for those without. Had a smattering of different tapas all were quality and delicious. My favorite was the bison mushroom ravioli and my husband's the lamb sliders, which i agree were delicious. Definitely worth checking out. Does anyone know who owns Solstice and Wild Horse Catering? I hired them for my wedding on 6.3.23- 3 months in advance and they didn’t show up. Shannon said they were prepping for me, and not to worry on my big day, and NEVER SHOWED UP. This is fine dining, white glove service, 120 per person dinner and they just ghosted!!!! Any guidance greatly appreciated.

Way overpriced for the food. Came out cold after 60 minute wait 45 minute wait for a glass of wine and we were the only people there!!! Advertise happy hour from 4 5 and did not offer happy hour options or pricing. Don’t waste your time or money. Waiter was grumpy to top it all off. Total disappointment. Book a table now

Absolutely incredible food, service, and atmosphere. We were fortunate to experience Caribbean night, featuring a talented Jamaican chef! The signature Vesper cocktail is definitely worth the trip up Berthoud Pass any time!
