Som Siam - Table reservation

Som Siam is the best Thai food I've ever eaten! (And trust me when I say that... my family knows that I am very picky about Thai! We know Linda, the owner, since her great opening of Som Siam in 2002 (Guilford site). A walk into her restaurant always feels like a sensual escape to a Thai oasis: beautiful portraits on the wall of lotus flowers, the golden statue fountain at the entrance and the lively orchids decorating the restaurant. And that's just the ambience! Som Siam's Thai food is nothing but extraordinary and authentic: with appetizers such as classic spring rolls and curry buffers in assorted sweet and hearty sauces, my taste buds sing with pleasure and satisfaction. Som Siam is always a good choice for Thai food. I usually order for delivery, although they offer delivery. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I especially enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. I've never been to Thailand, but I've seen pictures of it and I can imagine that a typical restaurant would look almost the same.

The Thai B.B.Q beef was really delicious with full-bodied well cooked beef and a souse on the sweet side. Also the Noodle Soup Bowl with beef is great. There are many awards on the walls, and I am pretty confident that this place deserves them right.

I drive semi truck and his hard search for a good Thai food place. Here's AWESOME! Our noodles did not clump together and the taste was spot. When we get back here, this will be our place! Second time order this week and I love it
