The owner was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our sandwiches. The Italian Stallion Hero was delicious and offered a great portion for the price. It's unfortunate that many negative reviews seem to be driven by racial bias, especially following a change in ownership. Overall, we found the staff and other patrons to be very welcoming.
