I often say that a restaurant can be judged on the quality of its bread and chips. They may seem basic and not an essential part of the main story but they are truly are because they show that the owners have given attention to detail. Not only was the bread super and chips hot, crispy, and fresh (not from a freezer bag , but the whole meal at Sonando was an absolute delight. At last a restaurant where the owners have put thought into the decor.
