This is the best customer service I have ever received! I was amazed by everything at this restaurant. I initially went in to get apple cider, but found so much more. They had fresh sandwiches, baked goods, unique candies, condiments, beautiful teapots, and drinkware, etc. Everywhere we turned, we were greeted by friendly employees. They even offered us fresh ground coffee in small cups while we shopped, free of charge. Maggie even came out to help us find whatever we needed. As first-time visitors, we were offered free drinks to take home. When we checked out, we were given a cute coffee pin and Maggie even wrote down measurements for the cider we purchased. It was such a pleasant surprise...
This is my 'go to ' place for coffee and special gift items the Muddy Mouse pottery mugs are beautifully made!I only give it a 3 star for atmosphere because one employee, especially, is way toooo over the top gregarious and calls customers 'my love ', etc., I find this very off putting as a customer. I 'll still go there, but will brace myself for the 'far too familiar ' call outs from one gal behind the counter.
I’ve never been to an uppers until today and I was so impressed! I have really bad anxiety so going to new places is really hard. I was greeted with a big hello and I ordered from Micah. Micah is wonderful!! I just wanted a coffee but didn’t know how many pumps of syrup and what not, anyway! She was so helpful!! As I waited I got to look at the cool mugs and I was at ease with my anxiety. 10/10 recommend!!!
Cuppers is where you go when you need your spirits lifted. Vibrant atmosphere. Kind employees. All kinds of gifts and treats and one of a kinds throughout the store. You feel Good about your purchases. WONDERFUL beverages, and now they have sandwiches and whatnot! I just had the ham and Swiss and honestly?? Delicious. Book a table now
I visited from Vancouver and decided to grab some Bronco Brew at this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and it made me think about relocating to Lethbridge just so I could enjoy their coffee more often!
Absolutely fantastic! The staff is always genuinely kind, enthusiastic, and joyful. The coffee is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Cuppers is so great for coffee, tea and any things you may need for brewing and steeping at home. My go to is a London Fog with whole milk!
