I HATE THIS LOCATION. I went a few weeks ago to and ordered those cinnasnacks. They gave it to me w/o the icing. I hopped back in the drive through immediately only for the person in the window to ask me for a receipt that I had trouble locating but it was less than 30 sec that I had just left the window. I find my receipt. By this time cinnasticks are cold and I just ask for a brand new order of them. They refused which I then asked to speak with the manager who then replaced the snacks but gave me a rock frozen icing . I used to love Sonic's drink deals, as they were never too pricey. However, I recently visited and ordered a medium blue raspberry slush and a small strawberry slush. Instead, I received a large strawberry and a medium blue raspberry slush. The strawberry slush, pictured here, cost $4.99 without any additional flavors or add-ins. The medium blue raspberry was $3.99. I felt that both prices were quite high for what I received. The restaurant seemed to be hosting a car meet-up, causing a long line. Despite this, I found this visit to be overpriced and doubt I will return.
Chilly cheese hotdog with onion rings and a slushy, $10.50. The best thing about the visit was the service and the presentation of the food. The food was very flavorless. The chilly was bland and the onions inside the rings were mushy inside the crispy outer coating. The slushy was cool, icy and refreshing. Parking: Many of the Sonic bays were open and available for service.
I finally received my takeout order after 48 hours. It's unacceptable. This restaurant needs to hire or properly train its staff. The drive-thru service is the worst I've ever experienced. This business is losing customers with such long wait times. If people have to wait 3 hours in line, they will never return. They need to check their drive-thru operations.

The quality of this restaurant has declined. Lately, the drinks taste like seltzer water and the food tastes like the grease it has been cooked in, indicating that they are not changing it as frequently as they should. This is very disappointing as this location used to be so good. I will not be returning.
So this screen has said that for the past 10 minutes. I’m leaving. I have NO clue how in the world you have gotten decent reviews lately. Your employees are LAZY! Don’t respond with any number to call or email to contact. I have no interest in communicating with you. Just hire functional people!
Came here and ordered 2 oreo blast…. There were BARELY any oreos in both our blast. It was basically vanilla ice cream with oreo sprinkled at the top and only at the top, nothing mixed in. Solid 0/10 probably wont be back. Not what you pay for, very disappointing i shouldve went to dairy queen
Food was delivered correct. However despite the fact that all the needed sauces are spelled out on the receipt, on the side of the bag...$30 worth of food delivered with nothing to dip it in. Just a dry unflavored lunch...Hope the air fryer can save some of this food when I get home.

My granddaughter wanted something to eat and we stop there she said the food is nice but for the little bit of food and drink 17.00 was to much for 1 person a child still I pay for the food
