This was my first visit to Sonic, and I found the ordering system to be quite efficient. I opted for regular fries and two varieties of popcorn chicken. The fries were decent, but nothing extraordinary that I couldn't find at any other restaurant. Unfortunately, the buffalo chicken was overly salty; the sauce was just way too salty for my taste. I ended up having to eat it with white rice to help balance out the saltiness, but even then, I couldn't finish all of it. My mom also tried the chicken and didn't like it either. If I'm craving fast food again, I think I'll choose a different place.
I tried the K'wood Sonic this time and found it very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The service was fairly quick. My daughter ordered the honey BBQ popcorn chicken meal, which was tasty, but the fries were very soggy, so she didn’t eat them. My wife and I had Sonic Blasts, which were good but lacked toppings. I had the peanut butter cup flavor, and it seemed like there was only about one cup of crumbled peanut butter cups in it. While it’s not a must-visit destination, I would consider going back sometime.
Recently, I've had a tough time receiving quality service and getting the right order at fast food places. However, my visit to Sonic was a pleasant contrast. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. After experiencing disappointing service at four other restaurants, I decided to stop at Sonic, and it felt like a breath of fresh air! Even though they were busy, they managed to work quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
I had a terrible experience at Sonic! The employee who took our order appeared quite confused and forgot to include one of our sodas, which meant we missed out on part of our meal. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us twice and expected us to pay for the missing food. I will definitely not be returning to this Sonic! My experience was rather disappointing. It was my first visit, and it seemed like they were understaffed. I waited a long time in the drive-thru just to place my order, and then it took another 20 to 30 minutes to receive my food. Ultimately, I decided to leave and go to another fast food restaurant because I couldn’t wait any longer. If I was going to wait that long, I might as well have gone to a sit-down restaurant.
Lately, it seems that getting good service and the right order at fast food restaurants has become nearly impossible. However, that's not the case at Sonic! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. After trying four other places with disappointing service and no food, I decided to stop by Sonic, and it was like magic! Even though they were busy, they served me quickly and accurately. Thank you!
This is a really fun place to visit, especially on Friday nights. They have vintage cars, making it a great atmosphere for families! There's also a lot of local shops and police presence, ensuring a safe environment. It's a fantastic evening for everyone—a true blast from the past!
