decided to take my sister and her friends for some shakes. we ordered and had to repeat the order several times to get it right. we waited and waited, and waited more. as the journey through is one and out within 5 minutes. it was shakes. It's not that hard. 20 minutes later. it said, mykynsee (or something like this) brings out her order and so we waited. Nobody came out and we waited more. after almost 40 minutes. I'll push the button back and tell them I didn't get my shake. takes 3 minutes and they're coming out with the shakes. one of them had a hole right through the floor! very frustrated.
I understand that I came in in the last second, that it would happen if they had a spouse who is sick and really desires a certain thing that is served in a certain restaurant. I was told, however, that they were closed because they had nothing else to do. I'll call bs. they could have said it to others, we can't order anymore or whatever. when I worked for a restaurant, we were open to the last minute, all the customers who came to this time, we had to serve. no early closures for convenience, because these were our posted hours. that is terrible service.
the food and the prices were good. I give 5 stars for the staff! I visited 422 at 1030. they were a little understated and the ice didn't work, but the staff made an amazing work to keep us informed! They took our job quietly through the drive, as they had no one to eat to stand, and they kindly let us know before we had ordered that they could not make ice. they were very fast and fresh because I had no good staff, I was really happy and impressed by our service. I'm going out to get to this place, great service!
m shake, reece’s shake, all american dog with tots, toaster cheese and bacon burger and deads. everything was acceptable. it seemed that there were perhaps three people working on this afternoon, the service was something on the slow side. but at least our order has been checked after the payment and has been completed after maintenance. good shakes with many aromas and sorting, always there for happy hours, shakes and drinks 1/2 off is great. they are not in a hurry during 1/2 price drinks either
