The buns and bread for the burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches are consistently burnt. I visited yesterday, and the hamburger meat tasted old, almost like when I cook ground beef at home and try to eat the leftovers after three days. Two months ago, it took 45 minutes to receive my food. The employee was very apologetic and explained that they prepared it but somehow forgot to note which stall it was for. I ended up getting it for free, but it was still a huge waste of time. I've decided to stop visiting this location and will instead go to the one on 21st Greenwich or Rock Harry.

Ordered on the mobile app and nothing came out right. Ordered no cheese and no mayo on my burger and they sent it out dripping in itsent it back15 mins later had to check.
