I went to this sonic and ordered barbaque popcorn huhn and a cherry vanilla dr pepper to house and a drink that soda was absolutely no taste and the popcorn huhn made me sick, so I called and spoke to the manager lilly she had no customer service was very rude about the situation and said that it takes 12 hours to get sick chickener I actually didn't know that
When we went to pick up my hubby's and my meal, they had my husband's and my meal each in their own bag with napkins ketchup a peppermint and straw, We didn't ask for that, but it was Freaking Awesome! We felt the love and care that an employee had given us just by doing a little something special! Thank you Sonic employee at Gibson Sonic!! From John n Chris
it was terrible. 2 cars on 1 side, 2 on the other, waited 10 minutes to have taken our. never happened. I came out when my car went to the next stall abd pushed the button. I started to give my order and was not told to make any ice to shake. I told her to cancel and we went to Sone Square. that was in albuquerque new mexico.
visited April 28th, for the rest in travel group, it was their first time at Sonic, they enjoyed the meals, quick service in drive thru with smiles and the extra requests, thank you!! did I mention awesome prices : Book a table now
The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding. I accidentally spilled a milkshake on myself in the Drive Thru, and the kind José was incredibly helpful in cleaning me up and making me a new one.
To this day Sonic still has the best tater tots I have ever eaten. They are irresistible! I can never say no to their coney Chile dogs with cheese either. Add a cherry limeade and I couldn't get any happier.
I always make sure to order the hot dog and cherry limeade whenever I visit this restaurant. The service at the drive-thru is fast and the staff is friendly and efficient.
