I went to this sonic and ordered barbaque popcorn huhn and a cherry vanilla dr pepper to house and a drink that soda was absolutely no taste and the popcorn huhn made me sick, so I called and spoke to the manager lilly she had no customer service was very rude about the situation and said that it takes 12 hours to get sick chickener I actually didn't know that
it was terrible. 2 cars on 1 side, 2 on the other, waited 10 minutes to have taken our. never happened. I came out when my car went to the next stall abd pushed the button. I started to give my order and was not told to make any ice to shake. I told her to cancel and we went to Sone Square. that was in albuquerque new mexico.
I've been coming to this sonic for a few years. it was the best sonic and in any case I would prefer, especially after today! through the trip thru today and was helped by michael, by far one of the best drive thru experiences we have ever had!
Online or app never gives sauces with the bag even when I specifically select multiple sauces. And if you order more than 2 they won’t give you all of them, but the app will let you go above 2? How dumb. Never again. Waste of time Book a table now
The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding. I accidentally spilled a milkshake on myself in the Drive Thru, and the kind José was incredibly helpful in cleaning me up and making me a new one.
ID never been to the drive-in style at Sonic, so we were both confused about how to order, how long the food wd take. Luckily everything was easy, FAST, and yummy. We will return.
Ordered 3 drinks. Waited in drive through 12 mins, then waited at window 10 more mins. Honked, no one answered. Had to leave because of another commitment. Never got the drinks.
