Friendliness, attitudes, customer service. Pretty much everything sucked. I placed an order on the mobile app for 9 slushes and pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. After waiting about 5 minutes a very rude girl finally came on and said the stalls are closed and hung up. I never even had the opportunity to say a word. Also, on the menu was a sign that said there was no ice cream, and no slushes. So thinking I needed to cancel my order I pushed the red button again. Again I was ignored for about 5 minutes when the dame rude girl answered again and said all the stalls are closed, and only the drive thru is open and hung up once more before I could even request a refund. Went to sonic to get half price milkshakes after 8 pm. They told me you have to have the app in order to qualify for the promotion. Took ten minutes to download the app after entering all the info that sonic asks for. They gave us the milkshakes melted and watery. I asked if I could get new ones they agreed and gave me the wrong milkshakes also melted. I ordered and paid for a medium and small and they ended up giving me a mini and a small. Will never go to this sonic again. The food was cold and stale and old
I was sweltering in my car because my windows were unable to roll down. The dine-in parking spots were closed, so the only option was the drive-thru. A staff member came out to take our order before we reached the window. It was a scorching day and I had no air conditioning with my windows stuck up. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the food myself as my granddaughter requested Sonic while she was unwell at home.
My kids and I just ordered BLTs and left to an appt only to get there and open our food while we wait and find little to no bacon in it and the bread is very lightly toasted. It's not to my liking what so ever. idk if they're being lazy but I will NOT be going back to this location. Kids still ate it. It was a waste of my money, lesson learned to not go here. Id post photos but it doesn't let me.

They have signs posted on the stalls indicating that it is drive-thru only, although the stall I went to did not have one. The staff informed me about it. The food was warm and my order was accurate. The girl at the window was very polite. I chose to visit this Sonic even though it is further than the one on Isleta, and I was not let down. It is better than the other Sonic.
We waited at the stall #20 for 20 minutes with no help then when we eventually got the help the employee was rude and messed up our DRINK order. we asked for the order to be repeated back to us and no one did and then brought the wrong order.
Ice cream machine still down. Waited over an hour to get a Sonia burger and 2 chili tots. Made us wait and didn’t let us know there machine was down for the cooks to get the orders. Really bad bad service. Don’t recommend it
Every time I come here I wait and wait for my food. One of slowest in Albuquerque. I even order in the app and still have to wait forever. Weather it's drive thru or stall. Wait time is long.

I often notice the employees smoking cannabis outside, and the service is incredibly slow when it comes to getting our food. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I ordered a shake here, and the lady taking my order was very rude.
